About Dr Dr. med. dent. Fritz-Eberhard Preusse
Dr. med. dent. Fritz-Eberhard Preusse ist ein Spezialist für Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferheilkunde. Sein Spezialgebiet ist die Implantologie. Dr. med. dent. Preusse erwarb sein Staatsexamen der Zahnmedizin im Jahr 1972 in Kiel. Nach seiner Zeit als Stabsarzt der Bundeswehr von 1973 bis 1974, ließ er sich 1975 in eigener Praxis nieder. Es folgten zahlreiche Studienaufenthalte in Boston, USA, zwischen 1979 und 1983. Seine Expertise gab Dr. med. dent. Preusse auch an andere Zahnmediziner weiter, so war er von 1979 bis 1980 als Dozent an der ZMF-Schule in Hamburg tätig und hielt zwischen 1980 und 1982 Vorträge über NE-Legierungen und Aufbrennkeramik auf NE. Seit 1985 ist Dr. med. dent. Preusse implantologisch tätig und engagierte sich in dieser Zeit auch im Vorstand der NAI und später im Landesverband der DGI. Im Jahr 1998 begann er, sich intensiv mit augmentativen Verfahren unter Verwendung von Wachstumsfaktoren auseinanderzusetzen und erlangte die Zertifizierung für den Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt Implantologie nach BDIZ. Seine Expertise in diesem Bereich stellte er 1999 mit seiner ersten deutschsprachigen Publikation zum Thema PRP (patienteneigene Wachstumsfaktoren) in der Implantologie unter Beweis. Dr. med. dent. Preusse ist ein gefragter Gutachter für Implantologie und Prothetik und teilt sein Wissen regelmäßig auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Fortbildungen, in Fachpublikationen sowie durch Live-OPs im Bereich der Implantologie. Zu seinen bekanntesten Publikationen zählt "Sinuslift mit simultaner Implantation bei einem Restknochenangebot von unter 5 mm".
