Dr Kilburn-Toppin is a Consultant Radiologist. They graduated from Cambridge University in 2006. Dr Kilburn-Toppin is the Chair for the E-Learning editorial board for the European Congress of Radiology. They are also an editor for Acta Radiologica. Dr Kilburn-Toppin has written numerous book chapters on breast imaging and published on a variety of breast imaging topics.
Dr Kilburn-Toppin's research interests are on various aspects of breast imaging. They have published on a range of breast imaging topics and written multiple book chapters on breast imaging. Dr Kilburn-Toppin is on the Editorial Board for Acta Radiologica and has advised on national and international guidelines for breast imaging, including the ECR Referral Guidelines Subcommittee. Dr Kilburn-Toppin was the Visiting Professor for the Royal College of Radiology and British Society of Breast Radiology in 2023.
