The Knee Fellowship in Wirral covered total and partial knee replacement, ACL/ligament reconstruction, and meniscus/cartilage surgery, while the Trauma Fellowship at a major trauma centre in Liverpool addressed all aspects of simple and complex trauma.
Mr. Gillani’s practice is focused on knee care, emphasising thorough assessment and non-surgical management when appropriate. When surgery is indicated, he performs a wide range of procedures, including arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery, ACL/ligament reconstruction, patellar (knee cap) stabilisation surgery, meniscus/cartilage repair, partial knee replacement, and total knee replacement. He has also contributed to the development of the Adolescent Knee Soft Tissue Service in Highland.
