Physiotherapy
About
Ella uses her knowledge of personal training to create bespoke exercise plans for her clients and combines this with hands-on Physiotherapy and sports massage techniques to provide an excellent service to all her clients. She has a very holistic approach to treatment and always puts the individual needs of the client first. Whilst training to be a Physiotherapist Ella worked as a Sports Massage therapist helping an abundance of clients overcome sporting injuries and regain full function. She has also worked at various sporting events such as The Commonwealth Games, London Marathon and Bath Half providing post event care.
Ella has a background in professional dance and went on to be a Gymnastics Coach where she worked with both amateur and professional athletes. She also has a passion for sport and enjoys CrossFit, skiing, hiking, running and yoga in her spare time. Her background and love for sport give her an excellent understanding of sports related injury prevention and recovery.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
