Mr. Vikas Chadha is a highly experienced Eye Surgeon who has been practicing in Glasgow, West of Scotland, since 2009. He is also Chair of the Curriculum Sub-committee at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London and is responsible for the ophthalmology curriculum across the UK. He is an examiner both for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow as well as the Royal College of Ophthlamologists, London. His interest in training and education is further exemplified by the highly successful Glasgow FRCOphth course that he convenes and organises as well as his role as a faculty member in a number of meetings and courses. He is also Honorary Senior lecturer at the University of Glasgow.
An active contributor to ophthalmic research and literature, Mr Chadha has published over 45 peer-reviewed papers, has co-authored book chapters and is a regular reviewer for scientific papers in various prestigious international journals. He has bene an invited speaker in numerous international and national meetings including the International Society of Ocular Oncology bi-annual congress, Royal College of Ophthlamologists congress, British Oculoplastic Surgery Society meeting and the Scottich Ophthalmological Club meeting.
