He is responsible for establishing and developing the current endoscopic pain interventions service at Guy's and St Thomas Hospital, which includes endoscopic rhizolysis, facet joints, and sacroiliac joints. Dr. Palmisani works within a multidisciplinary team that manages patients with complex facial and head conditions, including headaches and facial pains, in addition to co-leading the neuromodulation clinic for functional urology, male pelvic pain, and bladder pain.
