Dr Sundar is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist. Dr Sundar obtained their European Certificate in Medical Oncology in 2002 and MSc (Oncology) from the University of Nottingham in 2001. Dr Sundar gained the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2001 & Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 1997. Dr Sundar passed the United Kingdom General Medical Council exams in 1996 and United States Medical Licensure exams in 1995. Dr Sundar is a member of the internationally renowned American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Association for Cancer Research, American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, European Society of Medical Oncology & European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
Dr Sundar is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist with expertise in the specialist treatment of urological cancers such as Prostate cancer, Bladder cancer & Kidney cancer; specialist treatment of gynaecological cancers such as Ovarian cancer, Uterine cancer (endometrial cancer) & Vulval cancer, and; general management of all Common cancers.
Dr Sundar offers the latest and best cancer treatments including Targeted therapy, Precision Radiotherapy as well as the established conventional cancer treatments such as Chemotherapy, Hormone therapy, Immunotherapy, Molecular targeted therapy and External Radiotherapy.
Dr Sundar is an excellent scholar with a gentle and humble personality. They are very approachable and excellent at making patients feel at ease during their difficult journey. Dr Sundar always welcomes questions from patients, answering them with honesty and openness.
