After qualifying as a dentist from the University of Birmingham in 1998, Richard spent 7 years in the Armed Forces. Here he gained a philosophy of excellence in dentistry and was able to travel extensively, visiting Brunei, Sierra Leone, Kosovo to name a few places.
He left the military in 2005 and became a partner at the Barn Dental Clinic In Odstock near Salisbury.
In 2008 Richard established River Dental and took over sole control in 2012. He sold the practice in 2016 but continued to work there. In 2024 and after 16 years at Riverdental he left to work at Borough Dental Clinic in Downton, closer to his home.
He is passionate about providing a high level of service and patient care and his ethos is one of perfection, taking the time to get it right, no compromise dentistry.
