Before relocating to the UAE, she held a full-time post as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist across two psychiatric intensive care units (PICUs). In this capacity, Dr. Motala contributed to setting up both services, overseeing the provision of psychological therapies, and supporting staff through clinical supervision, training, and management.
