He has held leadership roles such as past Chair of the Northwest Pain Clinicians, and has contributed to scientific committees for the European Pain Federation (EFIC 2017) and the International Meeting of the Spinal Interventional Society in London 2018. He has also represented the Faculty of Pain Medicine on the Palliative Medicine SAC at the Royal College of Physicians.
Dr. Bhaskar writes a regular column in Pain News and is a section editor for the Journal of Observational Pain Medicine. He regularly publishes in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to several guidelines on the interventional management of pain, opioids, and cannabinoids.
