Over the course of her career, Debra has worked with a wide range of organisations and has facilitated numerous private courses. For the past eighteen years, she has taught further education programmes for adults with the Cork Education and Training Board, including courses tailored for adults with special needs.

Her therapeutic expertise spans many areas, including trauma, abuse, addiction, anger management, chronic illness, identity issues, OCD, bereavement, depression, phobias, family and relationship difficulties, and work-related stress.
