He has presented his findings at both national and international medical conferences, earning multiple prizes and travel fellowships for his work. He continues to contribute to medical research as a Principal Investigator (PI) for his NHS trust.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Cheung is an examiner for the University of Birmingham and serves as an accredited Educational Supervisor with the Royal College of Physicians, mentoring doctors in training. He is also a JAG-accredited endoscopy trainer and currently leads the Worcestershire Endoscopy Training Academy.
