Dr. med. Dr. Constanta Graur absolvierte ihr Studium der Humanmedizin an der Medizinischen Universität Craiova von 1981 bis 1987. Anschließend promovierte sie im Fachbereich Kinderchirurgie. Ihre Facharztausbildung für Dermatologie und Venerologie schloss sie von 1991 bis 1994 an der Universitätsklinik und Poliklinik für Dermatologie Temeschburg ab. Im Jahr 2000 folgte die Promotion zum Doktor der Medizin an der Medizinischen Universität Temeschburg mit einer Arbeit zum Thema "Die Haut als immanente Form der Kommunikation".

Von 2001 bis 2002 vertiefte Dr. med. Dr. Graur ihre Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in der Dermatologie und Allergologie an der Klinik und Poliklinik für Dermatologie und Allergologie der Technischen Universität München. Ihre Doktorarbeit wurde 2002 vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kultus anerkannt. Im Jahr 2003 erhielt sie die Anerkennung als Fachärztin für Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten durch die Bayerische Landesärztekammer.

Dr. med. Dr. Graur legt großen Wert auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung, um ihren Patienten die bestmögliche Versorgung zu bieten.
