Dr Bashar Bizrah is a world-renowned consultant in facial plastic and otolaryngology surgery who has performed over 38,000 rhinoplasty procedures on patients of different ethnic backgrounds. His clinics are based in Dubai and in Harley Street and Kensington, London. Dr Bashar was voted one of the top 10 plastic surgeons in the world and has obtained an impressive certificate from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Dr Bashar became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 1989 and also holds memberships with the American and European Academies of Facial Plastic Surgery. He has authored a teaching textbook on rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery consisting of 500 pages and over 1,000 illustrations, which is recognised by the European and American Academies of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Dr Bashar regularly lectures at Facial Plastic Surgery conferences in which he shares his latest developments in Rhinoplasty procedures. His surgeries are performed using the latest surgical techniques, either under local anaesthesia with sedation or under general anaesthesia. His surgeries take around 45 minutes.
Dr Bashar performs the closed rhinoplasty approach, which leaves minimal or no scarring. Natural results are achieved by leaving the patient's facial features in harmony. Facelifts and neck lifts are performed using the vertical technique, where both muscle and skin are tightened, allowing for a more youthful look and better results.
