Dr Alkhaldi is a consultant medical oncologist. They provide high-quality cancer follow-up care for patients with colorectal and breast cancer. Dr Alkhaldi specialises in the medical treatment of cancers using targeted, supportive therapies, chemotherapy and hormone therapy.
Modern cancer treatment requires the careful integration of diagnostic procedures, surgical treatment and medical therapies with chemotherapy, targeted therapies, endocrine therapy and radiotherapy. This is achieved through a multidisciplinary team approach where pathologists, radiologists, surgeons and specialist nurses meet regularly to consider the diagnosis and optimal treatment for individual patients.
