About Mr Arif Razak
Mr Razak is a fellowship trained Consultant Hip and Knee surgeon. He specialises in a wide range of orthopaedic procedures and treatments including but not limited to joint replacement, knee arthroscopy, trauma surgery and injections. His main specialist interests are hip and knee replacement surgery.
He earned his medical degree (MBChB) with honours from the University of Manchester followed by surgical training in the North West. He then completed a fellowship in primary and revision hip replacements in Norwich before being appointed as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Fairfield General Hospital (Bury) and North Manchester General Hospital in 2018.
Mr Razak is a surgical trainer and has roles as educational and clinical supervisor for orthopaedic doctors. He has published papers and presented in national and international meetings. He is a member of British Hip Society
