About Dr Amy Pai
Dr. Amy Pai is an Australian-trained Ophthalmologist with advanced subspecialty training in Medical Retina and Uveitis. She completed her general ophthalmology training in Sydney before undertaking a prestigious fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Dr. Pai also holds a PhD in Clinical Ophthalmology from the University of Sydney. Her clinical expertise includes managing retinal conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, myopic retinopathy, as well as general ophthalmology and cataract surgery. Dr. Pai currently consults at Hurstville Retina and Macula Specialists and serves as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Macquarie University Hospital, Westmead Hospital, and Prince of Wales Hospital. In addition, she is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at both Macquarie University and the University of Sydney. She has authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and is actively involved in the education and supervision of medical students and ophthalmology registrars. Dr. Pai is fluent in Chinese.
