His practice includes robotic prostatectomy for prostate cancer and robotic cystectomy for bladder cancer, alongside comprehensive management of general urology conditions. He focuses on delivering precise, minimally invasive surgery where appropriate, supporting faster recovery and optimal functional and oncological outcomes. Patients value his clear communication, thoughtful approach and personalised treatment plans.
Mr Gupta qualified in London in 2007 and completed foundation training in the East Midlands. He undertook dedicated laboratory research in bladder cancer in Cardiff before higher surgical training in urology across the West Midlands. Following completion of training, he pursued advanced subspecialty fellowships at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and at University College Hospital London (UCLH), gaining high-level expertise in robotic techniques for complex bladder and prostate cancer surgery.
Alongside his private practice, he holds an NHS consultant post at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, where he is a core member of the Men’s Health Service.
