While she draws from various therapeutic orientations, she specialises in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is an active member of the multidisciplinary Eating Disorder team at the ACPN, where she implements evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy-Enhanced (CBT-E) and Family Based Therapy (FBT) for individuals of all ages.
In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Dr. Vasilache is trained in Behavioral Activation for Depression and conducts group therapy for individuals struggling with Social Anxiety. She adopts a systemic approach when working with adolescents, involving the entire family in the therapeutic process. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, addiction tendencies, OCD, couples therapy, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
