About Mrs Alexandra MacKenzie
Alexandra MacKenzie is a Physiotherapist at The Medical, based at the Bristol Westbury-on-Trym clinic. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England. Alexandra has a particular interest in sports injury prevention and the management of musculoskeletal conditions. Her own experience of undergoing knee surgery and rehabilitation following a skiing injury has given her valuable first-hand insight into the challenges faced by patients and the importance of tailored rehabilitation programmes. Alongside her clinical work, Alexandra has a background in competitive sport. She plays netball and hockey and has competed in eventing to an elite level, having been longlisted for the Pony European Championships in 2016.
