Physiotherapy
About
Strength and conditioning form a core part of Alex’s rehabilitation process. He uses exercise and progressive overload techniques to help athletes return to their desired sports, tailoring exercise difficulty to individual needs and goals. Alex has also competed regularly in Olympic weightlifting over the past six years and has completed British weightlifting coaching qualifications. These combined theoretical and practical experiences enable him to passionately support and advise clients on maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle both during and after treatment.
Outside of physiotherapy, Alex’s passion for sport and exercise remains strong as he competes in Olympic weightlifting. He has supported clients at various weightlifting clubs and facilitates training programmes, drawing on his physiotherapy expertise to offer valuable advice to fellow weightlifters recovering from injuries across the body.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
