Aisha Paez-Benguigui
Psychotherapy
About
With more than 2,500 supervised clinical hours and over 15 years of international corporate experience, Aisha draws from both clinical expertise and real-world insight into the pressures of fast-paced, multicultural environments. Her background allows her to offer a unique perspective when working with clients navigating work-life balance, leadership stress, identity issues, and significant life transitions.
At the core of Aisha’s practice is an integrative approach tailored to each individual. She combines elements of person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Gestalt, Jungian, and Psychosynthesis principles, alongside Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness-based techniques. This flexible approach helps patients develop a deeper connection to themselves, fostering resilience, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
Aisha offers therapy in English and Spanish and is a qualified psychotherapist and psychological counsellor with an MA in Psychology and Psychotherapy. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), the UK Council for Psychotherapy (MUKCP), and EMDR UK.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
