About
Dr Munaf completed his medical degree at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 2006 before relocating to the UK. After relocating, he completed his specialist paediatric training at world-renowned hospitals, including King’s College Hospital in London and the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff. During his training he also gained expertise in paediatric cardiology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education from the University of South Wales. Dr Munaf received his Certificate of Completion of Training from the General Medical Council (UK) in 2018. also an APLS (Acute Paediatric Life Support) practitioner.
Dr Munaf's areas of expertise cover a wide range of paediatric conditions, including general paediatrics, paediatric chest pain, palpitations, heart arrhythmias, heart murmurs, allergies, hay fever, eczema, common skin conditions, headache, fever, constipation and abdominal pain. He has extensive experience in echocardiography, ambulatory ECG monitoring, cardiac stress testing, well-baby checks, and immunisations.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Munaf has served as an Associate Medical Professor at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (UK) and the American University of the Caribbean. He is also an APLS (Acute Paediatric Life Support) instructor..
