Dipl.-Psych. Dogan absolvierte sein Studium der Psychologie an einer deutschen Universität und erlangte dort seinen Abschluss als Diplom-Psychologe. Im Anschluss an sein Studium absolvierte er die Ausbildung zum Psychologischen Psychotherapeuten mit Fachrichtung Verhaltenstherapie. Er ist Mitglied in der Psychotherapeutenkammer Hessen.
