He firmly believes in delivering high-quality care that is tailored to the specific needs of each child, all the while ensuring that parents are involved as partners in the care process. His friendly demeanour and exceptional communication skills enable him to establish strong connections with his patients and their families, fostering a supportive environment for optimal healing. Alongside his clinical work, one of Dr Gupta's passions lies in teaching and training the next generation of medical professionals. As the lead for year 5 medical students at Anglia Ruskin University, he is actively involved in shaping the future of healthcare. He previously served as the lead for UCL students at Basildon, further demonstrating his commitment to medical education and the importance of well-structured and trainee-directed training to ensure safe and effective patient care.
