Die Waldklinik Vitos Köppern war auf die Behandlung von akuten psychischen Erkrankungen spezialisiert. Sie war Anlaufstelle für alle Menschen im Hochtaunuskreis, die aufgrund einer psychischen Krise Hilfe benötigten. Die Klinik bot sowohl stationäre als auch tagesklinische Behandlungsmöglichkeiten an.
Im Jahr 2024 wurde die Waldklinik Vitos Köppern geschlossen. Die Stationen wurden in das Vitos Klinikum nach Bad Homburg verlegt.
