Gemma’s approach combines humanistic principles, which honour each person's uniqueness and autonomy, with integrative techniques that draw on evidence-based methods and holistic practices. Her work is informed by her personal therapeutic journey and her training as both a psychotherapist and a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. She often blends traditional psychotherapy with elements of mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness to support deeper emotional healing and self-awareness.
Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual and are available both in person in Clondalkin, Dublin and online for greater flexibility. Therapy at Sáiste Therapy is designed to help clients build resilience, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with their inner strength in a supportive and collaborative environment.
