Orchard House Care Home, located in Kent, is a carefully designed care home, built to support residents and allow them to live happy and comfortable lives.
The centre is situated in a pleasant residential area of Wisbech and is located over two floors, comprising light and airy lounge/diners and spacious en-suite bedrooms. In addition, residents have access to a variety of communal spaces including a quiet room and a hair salon. The landscaped gardens are wheelchair-accessible for residents to relax in or to enjoy some light gardening.
There are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy, including those who spend their time in bed. The team also provides dementia-friendly activities to support residents in both new and unfamiliar trips and activities, making them feel safe and supported.
The catering team at Orchard house work hard to create a varied menu suited to a variety of tastes. Mealtimes are an enjoyable experience with a pleasant atmosphere for residents to enjoy their food as well as time to socialise with others if they wish.
The team at Orchard House Care Home treat residents the same as they would their own family and work closely together to provide residential dementia care, nursing care and end of life care.
