The centre offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where young people can access a range of services, including individual counselling, group programs, and support with alcohol and other drug issues.
The team at Headspace Coffs Harbour understands that seeking help can be daunting, and they strive to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. They offer a confidential and non-judgemental space where young people can feel safe to talk about what they are going through.
