Many of her patients are not living their fullest life due to negative life impacting symptoms. Women who often feel frustrated with the lack of individualised support and natural alternatives available for them. Their ages range typically from 35 to 80.
More and more women are turning to alternatives as there is an increasing body of research supporting acupuncture, herbs and lifestyle changes making significant improvements to pre, peri and menopausal symptoms.
