About Dr Yusuke Sata
Dr Yusuke Sata is a highly skilled and experienced cardiologist who specialises in hypertension management and the autonomic nervous system. He is board-certified in Japan and Australia and is accredited by the Japanese Society of Hypertension as a specialist in hypertension. Dr Sata earned his medical degree in 2004 at Fukuoka University before coming to Australia and currently works with Prof. Murray Esler at the Baker Heart & Diabetes Institute, where he carries out research into hypertension, including the management of resistant, white-coat, and masked hypertension. He also has expertise in autonomic blood pressure regulation disorders. His other research interests include investigating potential links between hypertension and stroke, kidney disease, and heart disease.
