About Dr Xue Yan Jiang
Dr Xue-Yan Jiang is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist with specialist expertise in urological cancers, including prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers. She is widely recognized for her compassionate approach, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient-centered care. Dr Jiang offers advanced cancer treatments, including: • Radiotherapy (IMRT, SBRT/SABR, spacer/MRI-guided, MRI linac, or conventional) • Immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitors) • Targeted therapy (TKIs) • Chemotherapy • Radium-223 She graduated with Merit in Medicine from Newcastle University in 2008 and also holds a BSc and MSc in Biomedical Sciences from Northumbria University. In 2020, Dr Jiang was appointed as a Consultant at the Northern Centre for Cancer Care (NCCC), Freeman Hospital, part of the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
