About
Dr Bhasin's career began in surgery, where they completed Basic Surgical Training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. This included registrar positions in Neurosurgery and ENT/ Head and Neck Surgery. They also have experience in a variety of other surgical specialties, including plastic surgery, general surgery, urology and orthopaedics. Following a break from medicine, Dr Bhasin decided to undertake vocational training in General Practice in New Zealand. In 2017, they began training in Pain Medicine, gaining experience in both non-interventional and interventional pain management.
Dr Bhasin is particularly interested in the integration of interventional pain management and neuromodulation into holistic patient care. Their diverse background provides them with a comprehensive understanding of the entire spectrum of pain management.
