About Dr Vanessa Eisman
Dr Vanessa Eisman is a family doctor at the Eisman Myers GP Practice situated in the Wellington Diagnostic and Outpatient Centre in Golders Green. Her special interests and expertise include: • General Practice consultations • Women's health and The Menopause • Paediatrics • Health Screening • Acute Medicine • Psychiatry Dr Eisman graduated in 1996 from the University of Cape Town Medical School and qualified as a general practitioner in 2004. She relocated from South Africa to London in 1998 when she began her career in the NHS. Before becoming a general practitioner, she worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Genito-urinary Medicine, Neonatology, Psychiatry and Accident and Emergency Medicine. She has been a general practitioner for 20 years, spending 12 years in a busy central London NHS practice and 16 years in the private sector. She is currently the Medical Advisory Committee’s General Practice Lead for the Wellington Hospital and holds a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and in Family Planning.
