Tom Cullinan is a compassionate and experienced counsellor offering confidential support to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges. An accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Tom graduated from The Counselling Centre Training Institute in Cork in 2007 with a Diploma in Counselling.

He works with issues such as addiction, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and work-related concerns. Tom has a particular interest in supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, and those facing multicultural or cross-cultural challenges.
His diverse experience includes working with organisations such as Enable Ireland, Tusla, and the Irish Kidney Association, as well as providing Employee Assistance Programmes. He also offers guidance for those affected by addiction, including family members, and can support engagement with 12-Step programmes.
With a professional background in the electronics industry, from shop floor to senior management, Tom brings practical insight to his therapeutic work. He offers counselling in person, online, and by phone, creating a flexible and accessible service for all clients.
