Tina Foley is a psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience working with clients internationally, both in-person and online. She has provided support across NHS services, charitable organisations, and private practice settings, including work with vulnerable populations in frontline mental health care.
Her original training was in psychodynamic psychotherapy, including a Diploma in psychoanalytic theory, followed by a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, which broadened her understanding of multiple therapeutic approaches.
