He was a Leadership and Education Fellow with Health Education England Kent, Surrey and Sussex, where he contributed to improving the quality of postgraduate psychiatry training in Surrey. He later worked as a Fellow in Medical Education and Honorary Lecturer at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
