Prim. Prof. Dr. med. Tilman Keck ist ein erfahrener Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Arzt. Seine Schwerpunkte sind die funktionell-ästhetischen Themen des Halses und Gesichts. Im Gesichtsbereich befasst er sich operativ besonders mit Nasen- und Ohrkorrekturen sowie Stirn-, Lid- und Augenbrauenkorrekturen. Die Eingriffe führt er aus überwiegend kosmetischen und auch rein funktionellen Gründen nach z.B. Verletzungen durch.
Darüber hinaus ist Prim. Prof. Dr. med. Tilman Keck spezialisiert auf die Diagnose und Behandlung von Schlafstörungen. Er ist Leiter eines Schlaflabors, in dem die Schlafqualität von Patientinnen und Patienten genau untersucht und analysiert wird.
Prim. Prof. Dr. med. Tilman Keck ist Mitglied in mehreren Fachgesellschaften, darunter die Europäische Akademie für Plastische Gesichtschirurgie (EAFPS) und die Österreichische Gesellschaft für Hals-, Nasen-, Ohrenheilkunde, Kopf- und Halschirurgie (ÖGHNO).
Er hält regelmäßig Vorträge auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und ist Autor zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher Publikationen.
