Dr. med. Memmer verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Behandlung einer Vielzahl von psychischen Erkrankungen. Er ist bekannt für seinen einfühlsamen und patientenorientierten Ansatz. Dr. med. Memmer legt großen Wert darauf, seine Patientinnen und Patienten individuell zu behandeln und ihnen die bestmögliche Therapie zukommen zu lassen. Darüber hinaus engagiert sich Dr. med. Memmer in der Lehre und Forschung. Er ist Gastprofessor an der Medizinischen Universität Wien und hält regelmäßig Vorträge auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich der Depressionsforschung und der Psychotherapieforschung.
