About Tash Lansley
Tash Lansley is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a deep commitment to helping individuals manage distress and develop effective strategies to navigate life’s challenges. With a background in nursing, Tash has spent the majority of her career working within the NHS, first as a nurse and now as a therapist, where she continues to practice today. Tash’s approach is warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental. She fosters an empathic and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and heard. By prioritising a strong therapeutic connection, she works collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapy goals. Her focus is on empowering individuals to overcome challenges and improve their emotional well-being. Tash practices CBT in Salisbury every Thursday, and she looks forward to being part of each individual’s therapeutic journey.
