I specialise in weight loss, metabolic health, and eating behaviour, and also support specific goals such as aesthetic nutrition, sports nutrition, lipoedema, nutritional support for weight loss injections, pregnancy, and vegetarian or vegan diets — always with a fully individualised approach.
My work is about making nutrition simple and applicable to your daily life, with plans that respect your routine, concerns, and goals.
