This has given her the opportunity to treat a wide range of patients, from athletes to individuals with complex pathologies.
Since qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2018, Sophie has also helped patients overcome pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her approach is highly personalised, taking detailed case histories, carrying out musculoskeletal assessments, and providing tailored treatment plans with rehabilitation strategies to support long-term recovery.
