The next chapter of my journey took me to Europe, where I served the British Armed Forces, including the Army and Air Force in Germany. This experience shaped my understanding of resilience under extreme physical and mental pressures.

After transitioning to corporate healthcare, I spent two decades working with industry leaders such as Google, Morgan Stanley, Schroders Asset Management, and Microsoft. Witnessing the toll of chronic stress and sedentary lifestyles on high-performing professionals, I developed a unique model of care focused on chronic and stress-related pain. My approach integrates the principles of longevity to create lasting change, leveraging the five pillars of health: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and relationships.
