Dr Shimrit ZIV is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, a Perinatal Psychiatrist, and a Paediatrician. Dr ZIV's research focuses on early identification of trauma and ASD. They are involved nationally in psychiatry education. Dr ZIV offers full psychiatric assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and young adults facing emotional difficulties, eating disorders and neurodevelopmental conditions. They deliver pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, play therapy, parental training as well as full diagnostic assessment for ADHD and autism.
Dr ZIV qualified from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1998. They are a member of the Royal College of Psychiatry, the General Medical Council and the British Medical Association.
