Sie sammelte berufliche Erfahrungen sowohl im klinischen als auch im ambulanten Bereich. Um die Qualität ihrer Arbeit sicherzustellen, engagiert sich Frau Ciftehan regelmäßig in verschiedenen Interventions- und Qualitätszirkeln und nimmt an Fortbildungen teil.
