About Dr Sarah Hastings
Dr Sarah Hastings is a General Practitioner and Women’s Health Specialist at Heal Physiotherapy Limited, currently consulting at The Menopause Consortium’s Dundee clinic. She has a special interest in menopause and hormonal health and qualified as a GP in 2015 after completing her training in Glasgow. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of women’s health concerns across all stages of life. Dr Hastings is a British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist and a member of the National Association of Premenstrual Syndrome (NAPS). She offers guidance on perimenopause, menopause, PMS, PMDD, contraception, and broader hormonal issues, working collaboratively with each patient to find the most suitable treatment plan.
