Dr Samy is a highly experienced consultant periodontist specialising in all areas of intra-oral surgery including tooth extractions, the removal of benign lesions in the mouth, and the management of gum diseases, and dental implants. He received his medical degree from Guy's Hospital, London in 1997 before pursuing a postgraduate diploma in dental sedation at King's Dental Institute, London. He also holds a master's degree in implant dentistry and restorative dentistry in addition to a postgraduate MClin Dent in periodontology.
An impressively qualified surgeon, Dr Samy is known for his compassionate and patient-centred approach to care, and he is especially skilled in treating anxious patients. He is an excellent communicator and enjoys teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in London. He is also dedicated to his own professional development and is has gained a Masters in Law specialising in the legal aspects of dental practice.
Dr Samy was born in the United Kingdom to Middle Eastern parents and remains fluent in both English and Arabic. He practises general dentistry, oral surgery and periodontology between Dubai and the UK where he is the owner, founder and director of two large healthcare organisations in London. He is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter, and so ensures that his visits to London coincide with when the team are playing.
