Prior to this she also undertook a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Diploma in Industrial Psychology and Master of Science in Applied Psychology.
Prior to relocating to the UAE to continue her clinical work, Safa worked at leading mental health centres in India, gaining experience and refining her expertise in delivering evidence-based therapy to achieve lasting positive change. She utilises a variety of therapeutic approaches to suit each client, including Psychodynamic Oriented Psychotherapy, Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Her approach focuses on fostering emotional resilience and helping individuals manage life’s challenges effectively.
