Dr. Ruji Rahman is a fully qualified and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. They provide a warm, non-judgemental, and safe environment, and individualises therapy in accordance with each client's needs and goals.
Dr. Rahman is trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy. As part of their CBT training, Dr. Rahman also trained in other modalities including Mindfulness techniques and Compassion Focussed Therapy, and often incorporates these into the therapy work where relevant.
Dr. Rahman's academic achievements include a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. They also hold an MSc degree in Clinical & Public Health Aspects of Addiction and a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology.
Dr. Rahman is a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and practices in accordance with the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
