Nach seinem Medizinstudium und der Promotion an der Universität Ulm absolvierte er seine Facharztausbildung zum Hautarzt an der Klinik für Dermatologie und Allergologie des Universitätsklinikums Ulm sowie an der Universitäts-Hautklinik des Universitätsklinikums Heidelberg. Anschließend erlangte er die Facharztprüfung und war als Facharzt für Haut- und Geschlechtskrankheiten an der Universitäts-Hautklinik des Universitätsklinikums Heidelberg tätig. Im Anschluss war er als Oberarzt an der Hautklinik des Klinikums der Stadt Ludwigshafen am Rhein (Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Universität Mainz und der Medizinischen Fakultät Mannheim der Universität Heidelberg) tätig. Dr. med. Schneiderbauer publiziert regelmäßig in dermatologischen Fachzeitschriften und hält eigene Vorträge auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen.
